Do we need to replace our ERP?
No. Most of our work builds on the system you already have. If a replacement becomes the right decision, we help you plan a phased transition.
Are the use cases on this site the full list?
No. They are examples. Most engagements start with a process specific to your business, so if yours is not listed, we would still like to hear about it.
Our system dates from the 1990s. Can you work with it?
In most cases, yes. Older systems can usually export reports or be read safely. We confirm feasibility before any implementation work is priced.
How is our data protected?
We begin with read-only access and agree how drawings and records are handled before work starts. Nothing reaches a customer or your ERP without your approval.
How is pricing structured?
The introductory call is free of charge. Assessments and implementations are quoted in advance, after we have reviewed your system.
Do you use AI?
Where it adds value, such as reading emails and drawings. Anything consequential is reviewed by a member of your team.
Are you affiliated with a software vendor?
No. We are vendor-independent, so we will tell you when your existing software already meets the need.
